Need a hand?
Walk Good support.
Most things fix themselves in a tap. If yours doesn't, email support@walkgood.app and a person will answer.
Quick answers
- My steps aren't moving the map
- Open the Journey tab: the app tells you exactly what is wrong and what to do — connect Apple Health, unlock your iPhone, check again, or open Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices → Walk Good and switch Steps on. Steps sync by themselves once access is on.
- My sign-in code never arrived
- Codes come from Walk Good by email within a minute. Check spam, then tap Send it again. Codes expire after a short while, so use the newest one.
- My invite link says it expired or was turned off
- Invite links live for seven days, and the person who sent one — or the Group's owner — can switch it off. Ask your person for a fresh link, then paste it under I have an invite.
- Report or block someone in a Group
- Open the member in your Group and choose Report member (harassment, an inappropriate name, spam or something else) or Block member. We review every report within 24 hours and can remove names or content and suspend accounts. Email support@walkgood.app if it's urgent.
- Where are my cards?
- The Journal holds every Cultural Card you have earned. Each parish on the route holds one for you; Kingston's card is the homecoming at the end of the loop.
- How do I sign out or delete my account?
- Sign out is in Profile. To delete your account, go to Profile → Data & privacy → Delete my account — you'll verify with a fresh email code, then give an explicit confirmation. Deleting removes your journey, cards, Group memberships and mark for good, and closes any Group you created. Your steps stay in Apple Health. You can export your data first from Profile → Data & privacy → Export my data, or email us to delete it for you.
- What do you do with my health data?
- Only your daily step count is read, only to move your own journey, never for advertising, marketing or data mining. Read the privacy policy.
